Business Continuity Management at an international Pharma Company

o Situation: the client aimed to assess their business continuity management (iso22301) maturity of 120 sites in 2022. Based on the result an implementation plan was created.
o Task: translating ISO and BSI requirements to clients needs (policy, assessment, minimum BCM requirements).
o Activities:
o Moderating /translating design meetings with BCM experts and the client
o Directing junior consultants during the assessment and the consolidation.
o Development of the implementation strategy & 5 years roadmap
o Result: in-depth view of BCM maturity; 5 years roadmap; implementation strategy & templates; follow up projects for msg signed
